They have a lot related to Lego and you can purchase spare parts but their products are very expensive more expensive than for example Intertoys

Send exclusive boxes without protecting so that they slide in all directions. (They say they tested this and it doesn't matter). There is no possibility to exchange. Fuss about when to return, and ignore questions about it. Promise to credit shipping costs but in the end don't. After that, they can no longer be reached and they ignore email.
