Very satisfied with everything !! Helped very well in the store. They really take their time for you. Have the furniture delivered on the agreed date / time. Also very nice delivery staff who put everything neatly in place. And they took all the boxes with them. So leave everything very neat. And we are really very satisfied with the furniture !! Really very stylish and good quality. I recommend this company to everyone!

The giraffe lamp was delivered last Tuesday. Unfortunately, it turned out during the transport that all of the giraffe's legs had broken off. Called Pure Wood on Wednesday. Was very kindly spoken to by Esther. She thought it was really annoying and immediately ordered a new lamp. Neat but also receive a personal email from her within a few minutes. The new lamp was already delivered today. Undamaged and very well packed. In addition, a friendly written card with a small gift. Good and personal service, top job. Esther, the lamp is beautiful. Happy with.

Ordered beautiful salon tables. They would have liked to have only after 4 weeks of waiting, they would rather refund money than inform you about the delivery time. Very impersonal and arrogant! Unfortunately!
