I am very annoyed to have to report this, but I feel embarrassed by this company. I bought two sofas 4 years ago saying they should be strong and able to take a beating. Now the fake leather is peeling off, when it was said it is just as strong as real leather. But unfortunately first had to wait 6 weeks for an appointment when they came along. It was said yes I can not help it happens sometimes is sitting on the couch! why did i buy a sofa? to sit on. And oh the warranty is over but I'll contact the factory and call you back. No more heard myself called another story I call you then and then back. Call an employee on Mr Michiels is on vacation but call you back as soon as he is back. So many weeks later I haven't heard anything !!!!!!
