They have postal service but no service. Parcel that I delivered arrived within the Netherlands after five days, while there was no rush of delivery at the time. (sent to a big city) They couldn't add letters to the house number, eg 75b-1. With item v Japan the scales indicated a weight and a different amount up to three times. Went back with this the next day. I was told that the boss of the store was getting tired of it. Well, I myself too, but I know the rates by heart. Made a comment that if they offer something they should also know how it works. But that was not appreciated. Even wondered if the mail would arrive. Anyway, my mail was received after 21 days. (Stood 4-8 days before) Service 0, iffy.

Unfriendly, not flexible staff at all.

I recommend the shop, always fresh food I recommend it 🤝✌
