Bought everything necessary. The store has a wide range Still a point of criticism. You can notice that there is little competition in the immediate vicinity. Not even in terms of prices, but the attitude of the staff could be a lot friendlier towards the customers. I don't really feel welcome in the store.

We bought the necessary items from this Expert, but when our refrigerator broke 1 month after the warranty, we were told: "Then you should not have bought a cheap refrigerator". Since then we have been going to the Expert in Gorredijk. There they are very customer-friendly, which the Expert in Oosterwolde can take as an example. Never again to the Expert in Oosterwolde !!!

My mother buys a whirlpool washing machine here. After two months it breaks and she calls the store. The employee's first reaction is: "that is your own fault". The expert himself puts everything down at whirlpool then does not seem to take any responsibility. In the whirlpool, the mechanic also starts with the sentence: "it is probably your own fault". Further investigation shows that the nut has loosened from the drum due to a production error. New machine is delivered. Expert take responsibility and stop pointing at others. This costs your customers.!
