EDIT: After more than a month I still received a response to my e-mail that offers an excellent solution. On their side there was apparently a malfunction in the e-mail system, which meant that no / limited e-mail could be sent. In the end the problem was resolved excellently, so review adjusted. ORGINAL: Great products but poor service. An e-mail and a reminder are not ruled at all after three weeks. When inquiring by telephone, it turns out that it is not possible to order spare parts of clothing (in this case a detachable hood) for an nevertheless not cheap work jacket. The only alternative that is offered is to buy a completely new coat while the current one is still fine, unnecessary burden on the environment.

My experience with the work trousers because I only got work trousers through my work are very good and solid and strong Ok am certainly satisfied with that product.

What a discriminating company is this. If you have an extra size and want to match their clothing in advance to see if it fits you, you can't even do that because they don't even have it in their showroom. And if you order something that is too small or too large afterwards, it cannot even be returned. Tricorp works with size tables, but people who have a size up do not fit a standard size table, then it seems logical to me that you will first fit clothing before you even order / buy it.
