Personally, at the beginning I was distrusting their website because none of their social networks were active; however, I had an excellent experience with their after-sale service. The product that I bought was a mug for someone older, but sadly it was bigger and heavier than I expected, so I knew that person wouldn't use it, reason why I decided to request a refund and return the product. I could never create an account with them, but the customer service replied my email back very fast, they understood my situation, offered me a full refund and let me keep the mug for free!!! It was the first time that such thing happened to me, I was speechless and I can only thank for such a kind gesture.!!!

First received the wrong product, after which I could choose to receive a refund or still receive the product. I was allowed to keep the wrong product, receive a refund and on top of that I received an apology gift. This is solved so well, therefore 5 stars for me. Customer is really king here! Top, Multismart, keep it up!

On December 21, I quickly bought a Christmas present for my father (who already has everything), namely a book safe. Although I had not expected that my package would actually not be delivered on time for the Christmas Eve on Monday 24 December due to the holidays, I relied on their 'slogan': Ordered before 21:00 on weekdays! '. And yes ... on Saturday morning the deliveryman was at the door at 8:15 am to my surprise. I was very enthusiastic because I could give that extra gift to my father on Christmas Eve. What particularly appealed to me was the involvement of this company. Shortly after the holidays I received an email asking if everything was satisfactory, delivery was good and I am satisfied with the product. I would recommend everyone to buy (original) gadget (s) here for someone who already has everything. The originality, price & quality, professionalism, commitment and service can be called TOP! And that is something you do not easily accept nowadays.
