Good staff who know what they are talking about. Lots of different beers, wines and other drinks. The beer barn is very extensive. Only the shop itself is messy.

Hospitable beverage trade. Very large selection of specialty beers. Not exactly cheap, but well worth it because of the wide range and expertise of the staff; they are well aware of the latest trends and often have the best new beers available or can order them. In terms of wine and spirits also a good range, but I am less familiar with that myself.
