They refer very easily and quickly to their own responsibility, while they also have a responsibility for correct information. Their own responsibility is resolutely rejected by them and they therefore literally write about this - otherwise do not argue with me. The method of communication is very arrogant, derogatory, rude and their method is only focused on their own wallet and is not at all willing to come to a practical solution. This made me decide to leave this Practitioner. Ultimately, their own position puts them at a greater financial disadvantage than if they had been open to a practical solution.

Very arrogant on the phone, unwilling to listen, only willing to invoice and for a much higher amount than the health insurance. While you will be forwarded to this company for another treatment. I do not go for gold with them anymore, rating 0 stars, had to give 1 otherwise I could not post the message.
