Coolblue Distributiecentrum serves the Tilburg area for Internet purchases, and they have excellent customer service. We had ordered items from different departments to be delivered on Black Friday, and they were delivered as per time slot that we had received in the morning. Nothing was damaged, Sven and Gilles left the television, setup the washing machine, left the phones, and took the old washer. Muffin the cat also got her new “pakketje” 😸📦

Horrible place, after accident I got fired and left alone, coolblue management and olympia agency dont want to help. I tried to co tsct them but still nobody want to talk, I have emails, SMS, recorded phone calls etc. I am taking a lawyer to fix it and get my money back. Without safety accessories I had accident and I almost lost my eye, I was throw away from company without help, and I have to go to doctor by myself
