I have decided to spent 10' of my time to help other consumers. It seems that they use the same excuses to a lot of customers . We booked them to manage our move to our new house. Below a brief recollection of the events They came on time but with a small van since the big one was damaged. I can see in other comments that they said the same. Probably there is no "big" truck. They were also less persons since one called sick last minute. As a result, they needed to do 2 rounds and as expected it took them till the end of the night. I have decided around 10 o clock to let them go since my son was sleeping on my legs while I was sitting in a chair. They have made a lot of damages to the furniture but also to the wall. It is a new house, freshly painted. When I pointed out the damages he told me, look just call the office the insurance will arrange it. On top of that, a neighbor called us 2 days later to let us know that she had some paintings and family photos of ours. What happened? While they were offloading, they left them next to the parking and someone found them. Once I have reported these issues to the "office", I received the follow google translated reply "good afternoon, u damage falls under deductible that is described in the conditions. u damage falls under 250 euros. Sincerely John Semerel" . I told them how do you know? It is for sure more. At the end, I have decided to keep the boxes till they come back to me as a guarantee. They disappeared for a few months. They asked for the boxes in May, I told them if I do not get compensation, they will not get the boxes. Last, I have decided to report it to my home insurance. They are investigating. I will get compensated and they will then demand it for the moving company. All in all, DO NOT GO with them. They simple do not care about your belongings.

I picked them because of their price, but it was one of the worst experiences so far. My steam cleaner was left in their truck and it took me 3 weeks to get it back. Our dining table was broken during the movement. After two months nobody is responsible for that. I contacted them several times, during this period my contact person changed twice, because the person left the company. The owner of the company neither answers his phone nor the emails. So there is no option except taking legal actions.

Don't deal with them. They will arrive without tools, without proper equipment, they won't wrap anything and will scratch you property for sure
