It's pity I can't give 0 stars for irresponsible company like this. Zero contact through email phone or enything. I'm waiting 2nd week for my order which they insured me delivery is going to take max 5 days. Money is gone order too I do not recommend this company for any cooperation. Peaple like this shouldn't have possibility to give any services to another peaple.

Absoloutly terrible service waited 5 days for a gift for someone,,,Heard nothing.. phone numbers do not excist... no email reply at all... still sat waiting,,never again bad terrible service...oplichters

January 2 small unfortunate fall due to slipperiness with the Cervélo. Bicycle still had some damage and a new handlebar to be sure. Well that was not easy: not to arrive. After many requests you succeeded and today the bike with new parts was neatly delivered. Top service Martijn and your team. Regular customer there. Gr Chris van der Waarden, Dongen.

Thanks supper for the service Ordered a bike a few days ago and it was delivered today. Very nice people Soon we will come by (if the shops are allowed to open) for the next purchase of a bicycle for my husband

Come for bicycle repair of gears and speed tires. Very satisfied! So satisfied that I will be there as standard from now on. Normally we take it to a retired gentleman around the corner who makes bicycles, originally we came for a nasty noise in the chain, this gentleman broke all my gears on the handlebars because he is ignorant. On the contrary, Nr1Fietshop has skilled people who have handled it well! I am very satisfied again, and have had two repairs done successfully. I also expected a higher price because they are of higher quality, but that turned out to be really not that bad. 5 stars! For me it is the successor of Bart Ketelaars.
