Nothing but praise for Autoservice Elvro! This is going to be a bit longer review, but I would be short of this garage, if only I would try to convey the good service in a few words. Coincidentally, my wife and I were looking for another car at the same time. My wife saw a nice C3 at Elvro and requested a test drive. On the spot I found out that I had saved a DS7 in my list, which was also at Elvro. It was no problem immediately to attach a second test drive to it. This C3 was not entirely preferred by my wife, the DS7 suited very well. When requesting a second test drive for the DS7, Mark said that he had just received another C3, one with 'a little more spice', which would probably please. If we wanted, we could immediately take these for a test drive. And indeed, I liked it very much. Unexpected and quite unique, 2 cars were traded in and 2 cars were bought, where everything was neatly arranged down to the last detail and we even received a nice compensation because the deal was closed for 2 cars. Something that doesn't happen much anymore. To pick up the cars, an appointment was made especially for us on a Sunday because of our work. Here too, therefore, thoughtful and understanding service from Elvro. On the road with two dream cars! Unfortunately, however, a little earlier awakened from the dream with the DS7. Already after the second day a malfunction in the tracking radar and the automatic cruise control. After contact with Elvro, time was immediately made available and adequate action was taken. A few rides up and down to Elvro and a day or two have to leave the DS7 behind for a while, but the problem has been solved. Mark's determination and determination gave confidence. The service is excellent. Normally a loan car is free anyway, but I now did not have to pay for the fuel costs. I also saw no costs for the various adjustments (in the end it turned out to be a recalibration of the system). "Of course," you may think, "is there no guarantee?" But there are plenty of companies that would have proposed to share the costs, "because there was nothing wrong with the test drive after all." But it is not only the costlessness that makes the experience so positive. Time is made for you during test drives, a lot is possible and everything is explained to you. There is a quick response to messages, you are kept well informed and I felt genuinely important as a customer at Elvro. Old-fashioned solid service which is still very scarce today!
