I purchased a couple of wireless watch charges from this seller and they never arrived. The package was lost by USPS and World of Watch Straps did not agree to a refund and instead has since ignored my attempts to communicate with them.
Be weary of ordering from this seller. They do not insure their packages and seemingly will not issue you a refund if your items are lost in transit.
Edit:
Please provide any evidence that the package is in customs. Nether USPS and German postal service indicate this status. It has been 5 weeks since it arrived in New York city.
Update 12/2020:
World of Watch Straps did not refund the purchase. I had to go thru Paypal resolution center and 3 months later, Paypal refunded me the cost of the watch strap, not World of Watch Straps which simply just stopped responding to emails and never responded to the case opened by Paypal.
This is a seller I would not order from over the internet.
