They gave me great service for my Mont Blanc watch which needed some service on the bracelet, they did this for free and gave me advice on bigger service requirements for the bracelet. Friendly and helpful staff. And on site watchmaker!

Extremely unfriendly and rude customer service. They sold us wedding rings of white gold that lost their shine after a short period. We once had them "repaired", which solved the problem for about a year. We went back and their answer was "what would you expect from a wedding ring? You wear the ring every day, so the shine can be gone". Never had such a bad experience!

Felt cheated at this presumably "high-end" jewelry. Handed in my 4-years old Tag Heuer watch watch for battery change. Received a receipt indicating the "fixed price" that we had agreed upon, i.e. €90. Appeared high to me - but did not bother running around for better options ... Also noted on the receipt was a fee of €25 that would be levied in case the watched should be returned without service. After 3 weeks (!), I received a letter that a battery change will not be sufficient. The gasket ("pakking") had to be renewed too. Now, I had to choose between two options: (a) have the watch full serviced done for €230, (b) have it returned without service for €50. The two options agreed upon earlier (in writing) were not available any more. I chose for (a), because what I wanted most was to finally get my watch back and working. However, I was of course interested why the two initial options were not available any more. When the watch was ready to be collected - again 3 weeks (!) later - I was explained that it is quite normal that extra servicing is required. A simple battery change is often not sufficient. However, they disagreed with me that the customer should be informed in advance if such course of events is likely. They also disagreed with me that it is misleading to put €90 for battery change on the receipt and later not refuse to do just that and nothing else. Neither did they feel a necessity to adhere to the €25 fee for option b indicated on their own receipt, and asking me to pay €50 if I wanted to o that way. Here, they agreed it was their mistake. Nevertheless, they stuck to forwarding its disadvantage to the customer. While these facts are already proof enough of a very disappointing service performance, the unprofessional demeanor of the shop owner is beyond words. This shop has high-end prices, and treats people with a low-end attitude.
