Gall & Gall

Order wine on the webshop or physical store is nothing to complain, and I indeed get good advice & service from the staff time to time. What I don't like is the delivery service. Recently I was informed by SMS that my order will be arrived in the afternoon, so I waited in my house, but nothing happens. It was only until 2 hours later when I checked the track status and called customer service, then I got the confirmation that it was delivered to one of my neighbor already. I did not get ring bell, no piece of paper in my mailbox to note this. This is annoying!!

Good variety of alcohol drinks

The people working there are great. The person that was working at the time gave incredible insights about the alcohols and suggested a bottle of Talisker for my friend and me. The choice was wonderful and we loved it!

Awesome store. Much better than the liquor part of jumbo. Always nice people at the cassiers. They will always help you find wat you want. Even if you don't know what you want. There is much to choose from. If I am buying liquor I always go to gal & gal. You can already search here for what you want and then buy. At jumbo you have to wait until they let you in, and then you can start looking.

A lot to choose!
