Made an order here especially when it was more expensive than some other stores, but because it was the only one that made the promise that I would receive it no later than today. Today an email that it will arrive next week. Why those promises if you can't keep them? This smells like some customer deception to me.

Not expensive ...... so just order. The throwing ball Large ordered and paid .... on delivery it turns out to be small. no problem, send an e-mail, customer service sends a reply fairly quickly (1 star) but the proposal is either return it yourself and refund OR hack and part refund (but those things already cost nix .....) in both cases I certainly have not the Large for my bad back ...... I come home and I see that the 500 ml Gulliver pliable water bottle / drinking trough has a hole of 2 cm at the top .... you can fill it and then hike upright for a whole walk or something ?? I am not making any further efforts to contact you. Anyway, as I said ... it all costs nothing, but from now on, go to my local pet shop anyway .......

We had ordered a SnoozeBay dog ​​bed. Upon receipt we had determined that it was too small, our mistake, we had made the mistake. Contacted us, followed their guidelines to order the correct size and they immediately sent us the larger size dog bed.
