Very bad service, I received a starter box from RC with my puppy, which included a pass to get € 10 back on the internet when you next purchase their product. Well that did not work, called and got a link to another site and did not work. They were going to send me a new link but nothing more. In addition, the box contained an offer of an interesting insurance policy, but when I called they said it no longer existed. All in all very disappointed and I got an asterisk because I had to click something else they got zero stars.

WE have been giving Corky (a dwarf pincher) 5 years old Royal Digestive Care Mini for over three years. Before that I tried 6 to 7 other brands because she often had diarrhea, vomited and spit bile. Now with this lump (you) (almost never) no problems anymore. Happy! She eats a meal twice a day (ie chunks). This is minimally dosed so that she is always hungry and therefore eats well. And in the evening she gets her "evening ritual"; that's a few chunks, marrow bone and then a white bone with dried chicken around it. In between also + - 5 marrow bones spread throughout the day. We got her to eat well (for years now) by giving her a marrow bone after her brok meal. So ONLY if she had eaten her kibble. In the beginning it was a small struggle, but when she realized that when she ate her kibble, she immediately got a marrowbone, she very quickly (and ALWAYS) ate her brok meal at once. She had learned this in a few days. My wife said at that stage: aaah she has ALMOST dr chunks on so give me a marrow pipe ..... NOEEEEEEE don't. Everything (well dosed) on food and then a marrowbone. After sending an email to RC a few months ago and still no answer today, but is no longer necessary because our puppy started to lose weight because she left the food more and more often, it appears that there are so many grains in it and asked the percentage of meat in the packaging, because that is not stated, but therefore no answer was received. Now our puppy is completely under the spell of the food of the brand Renske !! Top product, finally our puppy jumps up at me when I am preparing it, what a nice feeling this is just good food when I put it down. I really don't understand that my breeder has Royal Canin as food for all her dogs. I just want to know what I give, I mean how much meat is in it and how many vegetables and vitamins and that is clearly stated with the Renske brand.
