Nice environment and friendly staff. Typical pub with restaurant also centrally located with terrace. It is that you sometimes have to go home ....

It's a fixed stop now whenever I'm in Veghel. The restaurant is very nice, welcoming and well organized with several rooms to keep the bar area separate from the dining area. The staff is always kind and smiling, the owner, as well as the chef, often goes out in the room. The food is well prepared and the quality of the ingredients is high. If you have any need or even an off-menu do not hesitate to ask that they are very prepared and always try to please. It is advisable to book at the weekend or if there are special events. Cost in line with the place.

Coincidentally there was a great jazz band playing and the service was great. Bartender Alex and an extremely charming bartender made the party complete

In Veghel, the service in the hospitality industry is generally good. The Golden Lion is an exception, here the ministry is TOP. No hassle or whining, your glass is never empty because the controls are alert. Never intrusive, but always on time. The counterpart of the Van Baerle brasserie in Amsterdam. Because the dishes are also excellent, this place is the top of Brabant.
