Very bad post explaining that your hand is broken can barely hold your phone and still you are not allowed to come by really where you better just close the doors couple of fools

First 20 minutes on hold. Expensive calling costs. Unfriendly assistant who literally snapped at me because I was told that my son may have broken collarbone. Sit bump up, shoulder lower, a lot of pain. But just tried to make an appointment for my son who has been sent by first aid from Landgrave. The lady refused. He should have gone to the hospital there! Or have to call yourself! Really bad from someone who works in health care, just call uden. Otherwise, your own doctor tomorrow.

What a terrible assistant behind the counter. Almost unfriendly and annoyed when you ask a question and they call it having a HEART for healthcare 🤮🤮🤮🤮
