Beautiful and relaxing location for a weekend of good food and drinks. Local products combined with some excellent cooking ensures a perfect diner and breakfast. Good choice of wines, beers and obviously the delicious whisky from BUS distillery. Rooms are basic and clean, staff is very friendly. We would absolutely recommend this location !!

We had booked a lockdown deal on Wed / Thu December 9-10. Super friendly welcome on the grounds of the Heische Hoeve in the Brabant countryside. Nice tour and explanation about the making of whiskey and how they came to this. They are still working on a very small scale, but they are tackling it professionally and very enthusiastically, which is the only reason why I am already a fan of the Bus whiskey. . By the way, it already tasted great for a young 3 year old whiskey! In the evening we had a delicious 4-course dinner in the atmospheric intimate restaurant where we were again served very friendly and relaxed. Food was really good and with a delicious Malbec wine it was really complete. You can still enjoy a nice dinner on the heated terrace. The rooms are really small and without TV, but it is doable for a night. It was clean and the bathroom was fine. Some extras in the form of a bottle of water, fruit, some candy and some toilet articles. Slept well. Breakfast, corona taste, everything on your own table. Generous and delicious. Sandwiches, egg, Sweet and savory and sufficient. The corona rules are well observed, all in all a must.

We had booked a lockdown deal. Completely Corona proof, we were kindly received and escorted to our room. A cozy, simple but attractive room with shower + WC. The beds are firm and sleep wonderfully. Then had an informative and informal tour of the distillery. Everything can be seen, felt and tasted. And everyone is willing to answer questions. In addition to the explanation of the process, fun anecdotes are told and what this creative entrepreneur has tried, through trial and error. After having tried a glass of whiskey, we had a drink on the atmospheric heated terrace. The highlight of the evening was the 4-course dinner. A truly culinary high stand with great variety and only local products served on staves of whiskey barrels. The breakfast was also extensive and tasteful. The only downside we can think of is that there was no more whiskey for sale, waiting for the next barrel. Highly recommended in the Burgundian Brabant countryside.

We had a great time at Bus Whiskey. First had an extremely educational tour in and around the distillery. This was concluded with the delicious Bus whiskey. After this we were pampered with an excellent 4-course dinner with regional products. Delicious eaten outside in the tent on heated cushions and under the heater. What an ambiance !!! The service was extremely hospitable, we immediately felt at ease. At night in the B&B. A cozy, attractive room. Breakfast the next morning was also delicious. Nothing is missing. Our trip concluded with a visit to the shop with local products to enjoy at home. Team of Bus whiskey: thank you very much and maybe see you soon!

Lockdown deal weekend booked with BUS. No image so we'll see what to expect. We find BUS in the middle of nothing in Brabant. Together with the Heische Hoeve, this is one whole. Warmest welcome, explanation and the key for the room. Environment is quiet and beautiful. There is a small shop with many homemade or locally made products. Mouth-nose masks are neatly used. The tour of the distillery is interesting, also nice because it is so small the employees do everything themselves. 1 of the firefighters does the tour, in a very enthusiastic way. We are allowed to see and taste everything. A little later the dinner that comes with the deal. Cozy space with friendly staff and a very tasty 4-course dinner. A number of dishes contain their own whiskey. Covid rules are well handled. The room is small but charming and fine for a night. With water, some biscuits / chocolate and fresh pears on the table. Breakfast next morning. Everything served on the table due to covid rules. But plenty of sandwiches, yogurt with muesli, sweet and savory toppings, boiled egg, milk, orange, coffee / tea, etc. In addition, various activities appear to be organized such as a whiskey workshop, but also mustard and vinegar making, brining and confit Picking game, making chocolate, sausage, ... You can also go there for various company outings and meetings, with or without food and / or shelter. Very complete company and very hospitable. We would definitely go again !!
