As far as you only cut your hair, you should be OK - ish. Don't you dare to color it to a lighter color. They will provide a quote and advise that the color might not be correct and they'll need to re-do it. For the re-do, you'll have to pay extra... Not professional, not good, and pretty much a lifting!!!

After a long time I went to Brainwash again for a quick haircut. (Other hairdresser in the neighborhood was not pleased last time) Very friendly staff, wash hair beforehand and could immediately take a seat. Good and quick cut during a good conversation. Really great service!
