The service when you order something online is worthless. Ordered 3 items on January 13. 1 turned out not to be available, the other 2 were shipped separately. I am still waiting for 1 article, but in the meantime my payment term via Afterpay has expired. I have returned the item that I did receive. You will receive a sticker with a business reply number from them, but those costs will be charged. If the 3rd item ever arrives, I can again pay the shipping costs for the return. Never order anything there again.

Quite nice, but does not compare to the former Houtbrox, or Houtbrox in Uden, with the beautiful departments, glass elevator and great lunchroom.
