On June 24, 2020 for our holiday I made a taxi reservation to Düsseldorf for Sunday morning August 2, 2020 at 6:00 am and called again 2 days before departure to confirm whether it was all still properly registered. No Taxi will show up on the day of departure. Called several times but was not answered. The agreed price was 90 euros. Finally had to make double costs to still get a taxi from another company to get to the airport. So a lot of stress. Very annoying and stressful start to the holiday for me and my 2 children. Once arrived at Dusseldorf left a voicemail but have not heard from them. No solution for double costs that I have had to make by them. Not even a response to my voicemail. Very unprofessional. An apology was also in order. Downright scandalous!

Excellent company with a comprehensive service. Hard working and friendly staff. These guys are ready for the customer all day, all night. Highly recommended!

Reserved an online taxi and received confirmation but did not show up. No phone call or nothing. Unreliable company.

Not good. Taxi did not show up. Nothing was received when calling. However, the person could tell me that he did not have a bus available for me. How did he know that I needed a bus without having said anything and without a reservation.

Taxi ride is twice as expensive as agreed on the phone.
