unreliable. If you agree that you will be picked up, they will not show up. After telephone contact, we all received apologies. After waiting for an hour in the cold we had to contact us again and eventually he did not come anymore and our number was blocked. we were able to go home 2.5 hours later. Find a last-minute taxi in New Year's Eve.
I only have positive words about Taxi Service Venlo. The employees are always there for you and offer great service. They would rather be too early than too late for your door. They think along with you and are not too bad to drag suitcases or help with anything else. Very friendly and personal, but also businesslike and very professional. You don't see that combination that often anymore. I can heartily recommend Taxi Service Venlo.
