Speechless. Terrible costumer service. They sell you a product with a 2 day delivery promise and after a week of waiting they are not responsible for it. I have sent 3 emails explaining the situation and asking for a solution and they reply with useless information, they don't solve your problem they only answer your emails. I am very disappointed, I used to buy from them and never expected them being so rude and specially careless. So now I am supposed to wait who knows how long to have the food delivered and they will not do anything about it. AMAZING!!

The delivery was delayed by one item not being on stock. After splitting the delivery in two parts, they provided a new date for the second part. On the day, no tracking code was made available and in fact the item was not in stock. I had to cancel this order that unfortunately was also the main source of food for my cats.
