There are 28 waiting for me to call, 214 minutes waiting .... That is not normal anymore !!!! Horrible!

Unbelievable ...! They can not be reached by phone and call back because of their state because they are busy .... They don't even have an E-mail where you can post a question or request. Unbelievable and not of this time ...! Is this not an 'Eye opener' for them to hire extra people at the reception? They don't deserve a single star! But unfortunately I have to select one to continue ...

Far too busy practice would be nice if people with acute complaints could go earlier than in a few days. Open office hours would be better here. Desk staff are not flexible at all and cannot assess complaints.

Unable to get someone on the phone. You will be called back after maybe an hour with a bit of luck, otherwise you will wait even longer.
