Experienced as very bad. The first appointment for setting up hearing aids was not done, first had to have new ear pieces made. 4 weeks later on October 24, back to set up hearing aids. Done and very bad. Asked to make a new appointment in the short term, because with the institution as it was done, very very bad, it is not a problem. New appointment in the short term December 13 a.s. !!!!!!!!!! At this institution they will no longer see me.
