Very disappointed on Valentine's Day ...
I came to look for a bouquet and unfortunately they didn't have roses my girlfriend would like.
I go to another shop where I found them but they do not make a bouquet. So I'm rushing back with the idea that they could make a bouquet out of this. I was willing to pay for it but unfortunately the woman with gray hair immediately rude refuses me with a "no we don't, you have to buy from us here." I asked if she would like to make a bouquet and I would be happy to pay for it, but she apparently didn't feel like it anymore. I felt very unwelcome and badly treated by the atmosphere with which she pushed me through the door talking. Have a better chance with a doner tent to make a bouquet than here.
Where else can I go to make a bouquet if not in a flower shop?
I just moved to Venlo and I did not expect this unfriendly behavior. I regularly buy flowers for my girlfriend and with a nice service I would come back soon. but unfortunately this shop is removed from my list.
I'm not talking black to anyone at all, but I can't stand this.
I left angry because I don't understand why we couldn't negotiate to make it into a bouquet. Money was no problem.
