Never called me back when I had an emergency.

- 15 cents per minute for calling a doctor; - my daughter has problems with her ears; - she is not insured because she does not live in the Netherlands and is visiting me. - the lady on the line gives a few tips and the conversation only lasts 20 seconds. - I am then told that I will receive a bill of 100 € for this “advice”. Is not about anything at all.

As often bad or not helped. My sister is dying from the pain in bed and paracetamol is no longer helping. We called, the secretary is blunt and says she should take acetaminophen. After the consultation with another patient, the doctor would call back for a consultation by telephone. We still haven't been called back. 2 years ago there was a similar incident with me. The secretary told me to take acetaminophen and be able to drop by in the morning. I turned out to have a severe kidney infection. We do not call if nothing is wrong. Paracetamol is not a miracle cure and we have come this far to postpone or prevent going to the emergency department. Take the patient seriously and do not just send them away with a paracetamol.

We received a call back from 8 a.m. in the morning at 9:15 a.m. Had to send photo of the wound for assessment and would be called back. Didn't happen, so called back again at 12 noon, were called back at 2:15 pm, they forgot to call us back that recipe was already ready. Prescription not known to the pharmacy on arrival. So now 1 vacation day to hell. (Don't come from here)
