It is that you can only give at least 1 star, but actually there should be 0. We are heavily ripped off by Frank and Bloem. The wedding rings that we had made were of terrible quality! Only 4 days (!!!) before the wedding, the rings were ready, we thought ..... because once we got the rings in our hands 1 ring was damaged with the engraving on the inside of the ring. It was too sad for words. They were barely accessible in the months before and you were always sent from the cupboard to the wall. A few days after the wedding the ring was put away for repair. Shortly after, 1 of the 7 diamonds already fell out. Result .... again the ring for repair can bring. After the repair the ring can wear a few weeks. When cleaning the bedroom, the ring fell off the bedside table. 3 of the 7 diamonds jumped out of the ring !? How is this possible? So the ring but returned for repair. This time we immediately asked how this was possible. Bloem looked at the ring well and said that it was a mistake on their part since the settlements of the diamond niwt turned out to be good and would repair this within 2 weeks. After 2 weeks still having not heard from the studio, we have contacted masr once again. "He is on top of the pile, so we are starting today" was the excuse this time. Now the size was full for us and we turned to legal aid. We reported this to Bloem and from that moment on, suddenly, incomprehensibly and aggressively responded. They even had the guts to write a letter to legal aid and stated that we (my wife and I) intentionally damaged the ring with a sharp object !! ?? Good, you have to be a big fool to destroy your own thing. We have had discussions with the police and legal assistance about this. Legally, there is scam. It is too expensive to start proceedings because we can only get 1 ring refunded while we do not want both rings anymore because we value 0 more. At present we have been compensated by the legal assistance insurance and have received back the complete value of both (!!) rings. This so that we did not have to start expensive court proceedings. All in all months of misery by the scammers Frank and Bloem from Atelier Johannseshoeve! People save you the financial and emotional misery and go to a decent and sound studio and do not be blamed by these two gentlemen! They promise a lot but do not make any real sense of it. Once you have transferred your money, they are not open to reason and you get a girl who is instructed by you on the phone who always declines with you that the gentlemen are not present or are in discussion o.i.d. As long as they can continue to avoid you, they think it's fine, it's all about the money! They have also blocked us on social media to avoid negative news / reviews. We never received the photos that were made during the making of the ring and that we were promised. Just like the ring .... it is finally darkened! The other ring has been melted down and we have made euros.
