Horrible Owner !! We had booked for 36 people well before the corona crisis, and would stay there in the middle of the intelligent lock-down. We indicated well in advance that we would not be able to use the property due to corona but the owner kept putting off the decision, he was sure that by the time we went the lock down would be lifted. When it turned out that this was not the case, he suggested as a "counter-proposal" that we should only leave 6 people at home (…). We have suggested "leaving the bail in place" so that he would be left with something, but that was apparently not good enough. He refused to return the deposit to us. Only after informing the municipality, which contacted the owner, and the engagement of a lawyer, did he come up with the proposal to refund half (almost 450 euros ...) of the down payment. We just accepted this, to get rid of the whole thing. A terrible man, who cannot be communicated with.

Had a nice weekend at the elsbeemden with the motorcycle friends of pengendara. Cold beer and a nice BBQ and a good breakfast on Sunday morning. Thnx!

The cabin itself was beautiful and spacious. Before booking we were told that there were 14 showers, while there are actually only 4 available. The manager, on the other hand, was a tricky guy. He enters the accommodation without permission, even if you are not there. This gentleman also does not keep his agreements. He is a very simple guy with a short fuse, who likes to threaten. I certainly do not recommend this location.
