We visited the regional museum Peel en Maas with zl of 5 years and two babies. Our son was very impressed with the golden helmet and curious about other things he saw. The attic with stuff from the past is nice to have a good look. Certainly also because we have seen more often at other museums or events how this used to be. Now he had the chance to watch it and talk about it! He looked out at the room with the animals. At the reception he was even allowed to bring a map of the area. We went home with a happy man! The museum is not set up for the use of a twin car, a single stroller might succeed .. (right?) The museum is small and well-arranged, so you do not have the feeling that you have to hurry and you can take the time to quietly relax view and read. Certainly as a supplement / repetition at other museums, I also thought it was suitable for our toddler. However, the target group they are targeting will be older. Downside I found that I had trouble understanding the videos on the screens and the sound could not be louder.
