my friend wanted to surprise me with a wellness package through groupon. i was very happy with this until i tried to make an appointment. Tried by phone direct voicemail with make an appointment via the whatsapp. I will then do that after which I have repeatedly sent a message and called but never heard anything again. so no wellness for us.

Unfortunately we did not get what we expected. We were received in a strange way but still had courage in it. Once inside it looked nice but if you look closely it is all very dirty and old. Tiles are loose. You stand with your feet constantly in a pool of water. Hygiene is far to be found here. You must apply the olive soap yourself. The foam massage was still reasonable but was quickly rushed and was unfortunately with cold water. After this you will be sprayed hard with a sprayer in your face. After which you have to sit in a cold, dirty corner to let your face mask dry. If you want to go to the bathroom and open and close the door, it seems as if you are standing next to a meadow with cows, the door squeaks so loudly. The oil massage was anything but fine. The space is much too small so that your massage table where you should relax is constantly being pushed back and forth. The massage was very useful and moreover, the women who massaged us were constantly talking to each other, even in their own language. This will always disturb your peace and you will not get the chance to relax. Too bad about the money. For me this experience was really terrible. Pity.

Today holiday auction deal done. After a bit discouraged by the reviews, we went anyway. After standing in front of a closed door and calling the number of an employee who turned out to be free, we were let in by a friendly kid. The space did look a bit expired. Much broken tile work etc. The dressing room was small and dark and there was only 1 of the 20 lockers with key. The treatment, washing, steaming, exfoliating and clay mask was good, but now we are not used to anything. After the hammam back to the free tea, but because the employee had to stand open ff with the outside door, ff cold in the hallway. Okay it's not a luxury wellness so don't expect too much. For that price you scrubbed nice and clean and you had the feeling that you were in a poor country.

Reception was very friendly with explanation. Because we were dealing with 10-minute treatments (deal3), we bought extra time. Once inside it was disappointing. It was dark everywhere, a lot of pieces and dirt not very pleasant. The purchased extra-long foam massage, Head massage with mask and also an oil massage of 30 minutes was tattered at a very fast pace. Especially the oil massage was done by someone who did something. Inexpert. I have bruises. It was all unstructured and not professional. Very unfortunate because the owner is a friendly and driven person. It was probably too busy. All this ultimately cost € 160 for 2 people, which was really not worth it. Fortunately I had good company that made a lot for me. Also the Eastern snacks were no longer there. Too bad. So unfortunately not a nice experience for us and certainly not worth repeating ...
