Despite the slow actions of the manufacturer, we were able to leave on Monday with a new trolley obtained under warranty - which can be collected on Sunday morning at their private address - thanks to r & j

We can heartily recommend Schipper caravans from Echt. We are happy about the great and good help with the purchase of another caravan and the exchange of our caravan. Very nice employees to do fine and good business with. At the last minute, a small repair had to be done and was perfectly resolved by the technician in a short time. We are very happy with the complete settlement and would like to thank Claudia and Linda together with the other employees.

Dear Bas, We've only known you and your team for a few months, but what a good and fun company you have. We have built several things in and on our camper (generator, air conditioning etc, etc). Always the same helpfulness and kindness. What happened today really hit everything, we were at the campsite in Echt and were without 12 volts, I would check all fuses again after consultation with Bas. At 6 pm the phone rang and an employee asked if the problem had already been solved to my answer "no" I was asked if it was okay that he could come and have a look. 10 minutes later he arrived on his scooter, it looked like Rambo with all his tools on, on and in his suit. How he did it I don't know yet, but ten minutes later I had 12 volts again. Bas you have a great team around you. I would like to thank you very much on behalf of my wife and me. Frank Reijnders.

Thank you very much, anyway I bought a nice caravan thanks to Bas 😏, but also the service in the warranty period, there was something with the drawbar and antenna connection. Is repaired. The mechanic had seen other things that were loose, and fixed it without my asking. 😄 This is insight and feeling for your work. Thanks for the help, especially me, no understanding of caravans
