After a long day driving our car got troubles. We called for ANWB and after they checked our car they towed us to Hensgens. We were very happy to arrive there, but our happiness didn't last long. The man at the reception was far from helpfull and told us to wait. Our children wanted water and he only complaint that they made too much noise while we had the feeling he didn't want to be in this place at all. After one hour they checked the car and told that they couldn't find the problem and asked if they can charge us for the check. Our contract includes free check I told and he became very angry. Finally we called another company which picked us up and send a tow truck for our car. Please start working on your services and try to be nice to customers
