A few years ago had all windows and doors replaced by a contractor from Linne, who advised us to go to Munsterman to buy there. Thousands of euros left behind here! Now a problem with 1 of the doors, which is not covered by the warranty. All understanding for this. Only the arrogant attitude of the lady on the phone, who indicates that I have to report to the contractor who installed it, cannot be accepted. Called four times in total, and not called back three times, and no one responds to the requested e-mail that I had to send. The contractor who installed it at the time no longer exists (pension). She makes no effort to solve it, she can send someone along for a new door to be measured. Enough choice but never again Munsterman!
Very nice help by Hans van Vliet. He took the time for good advice, in which all options were discussed. Top!

Very bad service 10 year warranty! is not 10 years!
It is a pity that after installing windows and doors, both privately and at our company!
Terribly bad service !! Contacted several times, sizes were wrong, delivery time took much longer than promised, they had forgotten to rent a crane etc. The frames that were finally delivered were not even the frames that we had ordered. The "Reynaers" frames are of good quality.
