I went to Beter Horen together with my mother because my mother has very poor hearing. During the conversation it was indicated that the device would cost 1200 euros. When my mother went to pick up the device a few weeks later, it turned out to cost 2,400 euros. That was because it would be 1200 euros per ear. This was absolutely not mentioned during the conversation. The amount of 2,400 euros was not mentioned. The employee was always talking about 1200 euros. It also turned out that without asking my mother they had taken out insurance when my mother came to pick up the devices. Fortunately my mother did not accept this. For my parents 2400 euros is a lot of money, I find it very resentful and unprofessional that my mother was treated like this. So for the people who are going to buy a device there, let yourself be well informed about the actual price and have a quote made.
