Once bought a pricey Festina watch here. Within the warranty period, the watch has been "repaired" 3 times by the manufacturer. Watch could not be used for many months due to repairs. What frustrated me the most is that jeweler Jan Vos id did not provide any service (replacement watch). I could hardly wear the watch and ended up in the trash after the warranty period. In my opinion a box pusher ip of a jeweler with no knowledge of the facts.

Friendly service, appointment was neatly fulfilled but unfortunately I had a bad experience. A few years ago I had the battery of a Festina watch replaced. Four weeks later, the watch was completely broken. Rusted away inside. The watch had apparently not been waterproof anymore. According to the jeweler, this was 'coincidence'. I was really fed up with that because I had the watch before my 16th birthday and the thing had quite emotional value for me. Economically it was completely written off because it was already 11 years old. I'm thinking about it now because I have to have a battery replaced from another watch. I am not going back to this jeweler.
