Although all the time was taken to take a good passport photo of my baby, I was sent twice to the town hall with a photo that would certainly be good for her pass and twice it was rejected. When I went back to request my money back, supported by official documents from the municipality that the photos were not good, the employee started a discussion too, because she thought that 1 of the 2 photos was good. After nipping this in the bud, I did get my money back.
