I have never experienced it so unkind
we were on a cycling holiday in Limburg and the bike started to show signs of malfunction. This bicycle shop indicated that there were 35 people waiting for us and we could leave the bike and he would look at it in three days.
He never even wanted to touch the bike and sent us away. I believe that time should always be made available for malfunctions. your car has a disturbance, you also hope that people are willing to look.If every case was like that then it is risky to go out and have a breakdown
0 stars. Never come here again very unfriendly and anti-social, they only think about the money dirty dirty ripoffs. Never come here they charge you money and nothing changes. Bah bah
With several bicycles (MBK, e-bike, etc.) several times at John + Bennie in Susteren. Also with bicycles that were not bought from them. Nevertheless, always kindly helped, expert repairs at fair prices, small repairs carried out for free and always can borrow a bicycle. Can't wish for better.
