Service way above and beyond the call of duty. I ordered a custom-made leash from Leudal. I am a dog professional so the requirements were extremely specific. Leudal had helpful suggestions to help chose the best solution among their wide assortment of choices (colour, material, length, etc.). They answered mails very quickly. There was a Post Office problem with the delivery of the leash and as soon as I told them, Leudal took the time to find out more from the Post Office who, on this occasion, were being unhelpful. The leash itself is fabulous: exactly to my requirements, and it is high quality, solid, and pretty. I am very impressed and shall be recommending them to anyone who needs a very specific dog leash that isn't widely available with these features. A very happy customer indeed!
