Sat in the car for a few hours before the test drive. The car was waiting neatly outside. After this it was fine to do business with Fares. He then kept us informed of the state of affairs and even sent the necessary photos without being asked. Customer friendliness that you see in several things. You don't feel like a number here. Finally left Meppel with a nice car of the week. Incidentally, responded quickly to emailed questions so I cannot agree with the criticism below in previous reviews.

As a BMW car enthusiast, I am conservative with my car and critical at my garage. I like to share my experiences with others. I have been a customer at Autohuis Meppel for some time now. Why? The mechanics as well as the management are optimally at home in the BMW problems. Furthermore, a neat time registration and invoicing is used. Knowledge of business. Take time for you. Correct to the customer. Communication and openness when major repairs are coming or needed. They are prepared to assist the customer in the workshop in special situations schedule and help. In short, a garage as the enthusiast wants him! I also recently received excellent guidance and advice when purchasing another BMW. In short, the above is my objective experience. Autohuis Meppel is certainly recommended.

Last week I picked up a beautiful second-hand BMW 1 series from Autohuis Meppel. All agreements regarding the delivery were neatly met. You can of course expect such a professional attitude from a BMW specialist, it is still nice that they can live up to this without feeling like a number like at a dealer. Autohuis Meppel is without a doubt an excellent company and I can heartily recommend them to anyone looking for genuine BMW experts!

This BMW and MINI specialist can rightly call themselves that. Good accessibility, both the location and by telephone. Customer satisfaction is really important for this company and you notice it; in total I spoke to four employees of this company in person and they all contributed their ideas. Today I bought a beautiful BMW 1 and when I drove away, I was not only a car richer but I also received essential information about the maintenance of the car. The special thing about this is that this is my third BMW, so I should have had the information a long time ago. If you live in (near) Meppel and are you looking for a reliable place for maintenance and repair, then you have to be here!
