Nice car shop. Multiple brands which is always nice if you really just have no idea which car you want to buy.
Despite the fact that they did not have the car we were looking for at the moment, we were very helped. And we are called if something comes in.
I have mentioned to you before
The warehouse cannot be reached by phone or by e-mail. Parts can only be ordered on site. Also no quotation by phone or mail possible. Very sad and certainly not of this time!
Hekkert's reaction to an earlier review also makes no sense.
You can still have the customer pay in advance with an order via e-mail / telephone? Then you also run no risk.
If you want to order parts is told by an operator that the person the magazine no longer accepts phone. I had to come by myself if I wanted to order something. I was insisted that the warehouse man would call me back. Not so nice. I'm done with Hekkert. A call to the Opel dealer Meurses just over the border in Germany and everything is settled. Cheaper, more discount and delivered free at home. The people at Hekkert Auto Group seemingly have no idea how to run a business.
