About our Eriba caravan I had a technical question about the power supply. However, I got so many different answers from dealers that I didn't trust it. Eventually I ended up at Eriba dealer Ridderbeks in Echt. Despite the fact that we had not bought our caravan there, people persistently digged and eventually contacted the manufacturer in Germany and there still got the right answer. Thanks again for all your effort, Willemien! This dealer is an absolute must for me.

We bought a great Adria Adora 593 UP at the fair last year from the company Ridderbeks. With retroactive effect, I would like to emphasize the excellent services in delivery. Nice company with a good techno-center. I met Ridderbeks years ago. I had bought an Alpenkreuzer trailer in 1989 from the dealer in Sevenum whose name I will not mention here. By the way, the company has since stopped. After a few years the handbrake was broken, so I went to that dealer. Oh, well, this is difficult. Part difficult sir, difficult .... I thought, check it out, I'll try at Ridderbeks, see what they say there. And, remember: Ridderbeks was not an Alpenkreuzer dealer! Oh sir, that's probably a trifle, just leave him here, when he's done we'll call. I was not home yet when the phone rang. Sir, your trailer tent is ready! Look, I call that service. From then on, do all the turns there. Years later, we bought our caravan there and are always helped well and expertly. People keep to the agreements. Sure, it comes with a price tag, but then you have something. The only point of criticism is that sometimes you have to wait very long at the counter. A receptionist referring might be a good idea. Furthermore top!
