What an incredibly bad thing. Waa here with my parrner, nice and well helped by friendly owner. With her help I could also make a choice that I was satisfied with. Once at home, however, I discovered a mistake, so I immediately went back to the store. The owner suddenly turned out to be a lot less friendly. Hostile and even blunt. Totally not service-oriented, too, and tried to pretend that the mistake had really not entered the store an hour earlier and that it had all come through myself. The mistake is also not a mistake and many more of those negative talks. No desire or willingness to exchange the product or to solve the problem in any other way. Was also not talking about and were almost thrown out of the store by the owner. I will never come here and advise everyone to avoid this case!
Really a nice store. With a nice collection for young and old. I always go there with pleasure. The staff is very friendly and the coffee is always ready.
