An adapted bicycle is no problem here. We are very satisfied with our Gazelle Ami! Shortening the crank was included for free! Top service.

Never had such bad service, saddle was not enough, wanted to exchange it, owner had his opinion ready, was not on saddle but cycling position. Explained that I have already had several bicycles, including where I sat upright. He said he lost too much time to help me. So old saddle back on. They responded to my review. You would have made me try different saddles, that's lie 1. Was my first saddle. I've tried several saddles in the past, bought it myself and never brought it back so where do you get those facts from? Lie 2, comprehensive advice, how then? I myself have read about these saddles on the internet. Yes you measured my bones. The fact that you have to lie about how things went is very sad and indicates how reliable your case is! I could have become a good customer, spend a lot on my bikes. May have bought another one but after this incident I will never come back and will certainly not recommend you to others. Actually I expect an excuse but yes there will never be. Besides, kindness and helpfulness costs nothing and wins a lot! You still have a lot to learn from that

Perfect service from Bjorn and TEAM. We have bought a beautiful bike and are going to enjoy it a lot. This store is highly recommended!
