The worst experience ever, needed time to write it what I went thru .Staff was very rude did not want to speak English with me. When I was there for the examination the nurse said to me in very rude way learn Dutch and when i called for results the lady spoke on Dutch and just hang up the phone I called again same story.I called the reception to help me so i can get the results I needed them asap I was pregnant and was risky pregnancy, got very upset I cried and shake all day two days latter lost my twins.... no words to explain how I felt .

A few years ago, I would have rated this hospital as "poor" but no longer. Recent experiences have been pleasant, professional, fast and thorough. Please keep up the good work!

Ik was op 06-10-2020 geopereerd. Vanmiddag was ik na de hele knie prothese ontslagen. Ik ben heel tevreden om julie prothese team. En ook om de service van alle ziekenhuispersoneel ,fysiotherapeut. Today had an operation in the ST.Jans Gasthuis. A word of thanks to the 1E department, friendly, helpful nurses, nice atmosphere (at this time), thank you for this. Also the operation room, the staff there very friendly, toppie. Operation went well, now recover. St. Jans Gasthuis thanks for the explanation, care and time you have for the patient.
