Baby Planet Meppel

I ordered a winter cover for my son's stroller on November 8 as it was listed as 'in stock' on babyplanet.nl. I was telephoned the same day to say it wouldn't be in stock for another four days and ask if this was OK. I said it was fine, as four days is only a small delay. The item eventually took fifteen days to be delivered (November 23). I had to contact babyplanet by phone and email in order to get any update in the meantime. When speaking with them on November 18 the item was still not in stock. Nobody was apologetic or even really seemed bothered that I had had no news about where my item was.

Dear Sally Mitchel, I am the representative of Babyzen and I understand your deception and frustation in regards to a far to long delivery time of a Baby zen Yoyo+ that you ordered. I must say that Baby Planet is not responsable for the fact that they could not send you your ordered articles in time. Baby Planet is one of our best partners and always been very reliable. There has been a problem in the order process of Babyzen which has caused this delay. Again I am very sorry but sometimes some things happen which causes delays and then too often the shop is shot at, there where the fault lies with the original supplier. Only baby shop in Meppel. Good assortiment, especially of pushchairs. You can also see the full range on the website. Staff are also very friendly and helpful, with advice if you are not sure. Also nice is they have a nice baby changing area, and stroller for customers to put their Maxi-Cosi in while they browse.

Babyplanet Meppel is a very nice store, very friendly staff who think along with you in a pleasant way and a very wide range of products. I like to come there! Unfortunately the shops are now closed but despite the lockdown I have been helped and succeeded online (thanks Cecile!). A must for shopping your baby, to get presents and just enjoy shopping!
