Tower is normally closed. You can climb the stairs but there is not really a view through the trees. The tower itself has remarkable stories about its use, but unfortunately you have to get it from travel books because there was no sign

Super fun, the story that is being told is also very nice to know. drop by on an open monuments day and experience the fun things about the rat tower!
